Quantum entanglement is a physical phenomenon that occurs when pairs or groups of particles are generated or interact in ways such that the quantum state of each particle cannot be described independently—instead, a quantum state may be given for the system as a whole.
Simply stated QE or (action at a distance) is when pairs or groups of particles come into contact with one another, a fundamental change in one will cause the same fundamental change in another, regardless of the distance apart.
People are made of particles, many, many particles, an unfathomable number of particles, animals and other living things are also constructed of an immeasurable amount of particles. It is a wonderful thought that when we come into contact with those that we cherish there is forever a link between the fundamental core of each of those beings. That no matter the distance there is a fundamental association that is still evident and verified by current level physics.

Sometimes we feel empty, we sometimes feel like we carry a void around with us, a hollowed out core where our soul should be and there is nothing there. This can happen from time to time, everyone can and should feel like this intermittently, it is probably healthy to some degree, most major religions actually speak of the void, so it must be the creative daimonic force for humans, it must be that fertile ground which builds us anew every once in a while. But what happens when you feel like this daily, when it becomes a struggle to identify with who you are everyday, you may ask questions like "who am I", "what is my personal identity", yes there are people that struggle with this emptiness in a more negative and sometimes more harmful way. These people lack an identity, a sense of who they are, they struggle with Identity vs. Role Confusion, never really gelling into who they are or who they should be. What can we do if we feel like this, how can we build an identity, what is an identity? Well Wooly will help you.
Here we lay on our bed, tossing and turning after a long and vicious day at work, this has been one our worst days imaginable, the boss is an asshole, the workload is impossible, the day was long and demanding, tortuous wouldn't be a stretch of the vernacular. Now it is nighttime and slightly warm and humid tonight, it's got be be around 1:00 am, we are trying to get a good night's sleep for the next day, we are determined to wake up rested and desperately want a better day tomorrow, one without stress and tension, at least one this week, c'mon just one good day. But we cant get to sleep because of the damned dog across the street, the neighbor has let him stay out all night tonight and he is doing nothing but constantly barking, barking at this and that, the cars going by, the night critters in the yard, and we are really tired, angry that we can't get to sleep, this f**cking dog is keeping you up, you'll never get any sleep, and tomorrow is going to suck. We mull it over in our head, the solutions to shutting this dog up, what do we do, call the police, maybe call the neighbor", all these thoughts pin-balling around in our brain, keeping us from what we need, sleep, rest and rejuvenation. The experience of the dog barking is just that, an experience, nothing less, nothing more, it is our perception of the event that troubles us, so you begin to shift your thought, listening to the barking dog, admiring its tones and levels, you imagine what it might be trying to say, you actually begin to enjoy it once you appreciate it for the experience it is, no longer tainted by your expectations, by your perceptions, you marvel at how beautiful the barking suddenly is and you fall gently asleep.
We must see the world for what it is, we must see it as it is, we should never lie to ourselves or deceive ourselves, even when times are toughest we should never lie to ourselves or try to convince ourselves that everything is OK, because some of the time it is not OK, sometimes life is rough and tough, it can eat you up and spit you out, it has the power to leave you in a puddle, lying hopeless on the floor. We must admire life for what it is, both pain and joy, there is no escape from the earlier and there is no absolute of reigning in the latter, life assumes a polarity, just like a battery, for a battery to be functional it must have a negative and a positive, it must have both and it must accept both to be ALIVE.
