Meditation Is Only A One-Letter Difference From Medication

It is a fact today that many of us are on some form of medication for some issue that stems from our mind, whether it be anxiety, depression, Bi-Polar, grief, AD/HD, ADD or any of the other myriad issues that one may suffer from. Meditation is an excellent way to decrease symptoms associated with what we suffer from, it takes practice, daily practice and a dash of perseverance, but it works, it is proven to work, so ask yourself 'Why do I not practice this'?
